Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. healthy people aged >18 years old, 2. BMI < 30 kg/m2, 3. no systematic disease, 4. normal blood biochemical data (CBC, AST, ALT, bilirubin, BUN, creatinine, cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides and FPG)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. alcoholism, 2. cigarette smoking, 3. pregnancy, 4. history of dairy or gluten allergy, 5. under medical therapies, 6. unable to maintain regular physical activity throughout the study

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
glycemic response baseline, 0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, 150 and 180 minutes after finished the food blood glucose

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
insulin response 0 min (baseline sample), followed by 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, 150 and 180 minutes after finished the food blood insulin
