Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Metabolic syndrome patients with mild cognitive impairment Age 45-75 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior diagnosis of dementia or positive screening for dementia 2. Having depression 3. Recent infected or anti-biotic use within 4 weeks 4. Recent surgery less than 3 months 5. Chronic kidney disease stage 4 and 5 6. Having cancer with active treatment or autoimmune disease 7. Allergy to curcumin 8. Abnormal liver function test
