Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 3-14 years 2. Indications for tonsillectomy: recurrent tonsillitis, chronic tonsillitis, OSA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for anesthesia 2. Morbid obesity 3. Severe OSA 4. Drug allergies: acetaminophen, ibuprofen 5. Craniofacial anomalies 6. Cardiac anomalies 7. Pulmonary anomalies 8. Coagulopathy
