Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than 18 years 2. The patients who undergo Computed Tomography of Thoracic Aorta at Siriraj Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete of Demographic data, Computed Tomography of Thoracic Aorta data. 2. Pregnant patients 3. Patients who have had surgery for Aortic Arch disease or carotid artery in the past. 4. Recorded patients deny disclosure of their medical records to non-medical physicians.
