Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. granular myringitis grade I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. tympanic membrane perforation more than 3 mm 2. prior ear operation within 3 months 3. history of intolerance to acetic acid e. concomitant middle ear disease
