Conditions

Hyperkalemia is one of important conditions that we should not underestimate it. Global prevalence of hyperkalemia is reported to be 5%. The current regimen of hyperkalemic patients is managed by 10 international units (IU) regular insulin with 25 grams glucose intravenously (IV) contributed to hypoglycemia. Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who equal or more than 18 years old with diagnosed as hyperkalemia or serum potassium > 5.3 mmol/L

Exclusion criteria: Patients with incomplete of important data, pregnant
