Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All women age more than 18 years old underwent mastectomy and immediate breast reconstruction in a one-stage
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients who performed for palliative surgery or cosmetic purposes patients who received reconstruction with pedicled omental flap by general surgeons
