Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient with primary osteoarthritis of knee according to ACR criteria and age over 50 years old, which fail oral pain medication or contraindicated.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Contraindicated for intraarticular steroid injection, infection, bleeding diathesis. Previous intraarticular steroid injection in previous 3 months Secondary osteoarthritis of knee Patient who takes systemic steroid Knee with prosthesis Patient with schedules for TKA in 3 months from randomization
