20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of Patellofemoral osteoarthritis with anterior knee or retropatellar pain that is exacerbated by knee-bending activity including joint-loading activities, going up the stairs, or standing up from sitting position 2. Age 20-60 years 3. Pain score according to Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) more than equal to 3 4. a trial of conservative treatment for 3 months with no significant improvement 5. Radiological diagnosis of Iwano Classification grade 1-4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Osteoarthritis of tibiofemoral joint according to Kellegren and Lawrence Classification of at least grade 3 2. History of allergic reaction of any medication in this study 3. History of prior injury to the knee 4. Infection at the knee
