Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: who had undertaken tendon repair surgery at Khon Khaen hospital from July 2019-June 2020 These patients had 1-2 acute tendon injury and needed primary repair in thumb extensor tendon injury zone 1-4 and finger extensor tendon injury zone 1-6

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with other injuries lidocaine allergies unable to cooperate or lower consciousness hemodynamic unstable Coagulopathy or Thrombocytopenia taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet medications skin defect or those who are unable to undergo primary suture procedures.
