Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Supraspinatous or/and infraspinatous muscle tear with failure of conservative treatment 2.Age > 18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous surgery or injury around the shoulder which continue to limit function of shoulder 2.Arthritic disease 3.Continuing corticosteroids agents 4.Not fit for surgery
