Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 15 and 65 years 2. Had rhinitis symptoms: two or more symptoms of nasal obstruction, rhinorrhea, and sneezing and/or nasal itching 3. persistent symptom for at least 3 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Had used intranasal or inhaled or systemic steroids within 1 month 2. Had used systemic steroids within 2 months 3. Had used decongestion or antihistamines within 7 days 4. Had undergone sinonasal surgery or immunotherapy 5. Symptoms or physical signs suggestive of renal, hepatic, or cardiovascular disease, concomitant sinusitis, nasal polyposis, and septal deviation. 6. Recent URI within past 4 weeks 7 Contraindication to allergy skin test 8. Current smokers 9. Contraindication to corticosteroids and decongestants
