Conditions

The screening procedure by colonoscopy is including the colonic spasm symptom of the patients and those symptom might effects to difficulty during intervention with increasing pain to the patients. antispasmodic colonic spasm cecal intubation time pain cleanness difficult

Interventions

The patients will perform the standard protocol of bowel preparation without antispasmodic drug by sodium phosphate 2 times (90 ml at night before colonoscope and 133 ml 30 minute before colonoscope)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who receiving colonoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who have glaucoma Patient who have obstructive uropathy Patient who have bowel obstruction history Patient who have heart failure Patient who have renal failure Patient who diagnosed colorectal cancer Patient who have acute lower gastrointestinal bleeding Patient who allergic for alverine citrate and simethicone
