Age
20 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Thai female, 2. Regular menstrual cycle about 21-35 days, 3. No any underlying disease, 4. No any drug or supplement use, 5. No more than one drink a day, 6. No allergic history of curcumin, 7. Consent to participate in study, 8. Can participate study 12 weeks completely
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Need medication or supplement including contraceptive drug, Painkillers relieve symptoms during the period in the premenstrual syndrome, 2. Pregnancy, 3. Curcumin allergy, 4. Lack of supplementation more than 2 consecutive days, 5. Can not resist the side effect from curcumin, 6. Have a condition or disease that is dangerous to health occurred during the study, 7. Refuse to participate in a research study for a period of time after entering a research study
