25 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. male 2. age between 25-60 years 3. BMI > 25 kg/m2 4. serum uric more than 5 mg/dl 5. no Hx of gout and urinary stone 6. no Hx cardiovascular disease 7. no Hx of cancer 8. GFR > 60 ml/min/1.73 m2 9. normal liver function 10. not take any supplement before 2 weeks 11. not take medicine that effect serum uric acid level - Diuretic Aspirin Pyrazinamide Ethambutol Levodopa Cyclosporine Nicotinic acid Sodamint

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. take lowering uric acid drug between study 2. poor compliance - stop taking supplement more than 2 days 3. severe adverse effect 4. got serious health problem
