Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Received SPT less than or equal to 12 months, 2.Had two single-rooted teeth with probing depth 5 to 9 mm and BOP, 3.Full mouth plaque score less than 30%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic diseases affecting periodontal healing, 2. Using of medications affecting periodontal tissue, 3. Pregnancy and lactation, 4. Using systemic antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs within previous 3 months, 5. Smoker, 6. Hopeless tooth 7. Abutment tooth 8. Thin gingival biotype 9. Non-compliance.

Clinical parameters (Probing depth (PD), Relative probing attachment level (RPAL), Relative gingival recession (RGR)) 3 years after laser treatment Clinical parameters were measured by periodontal probe (PCP UNC 15, Hu-Friedy) with personalized acrylic stent.
