parabolic coil f 50 Hz, the minimal intensity that make the hyoid move, On time 3 Sec, time 27 Sec, 3000 Pulses 10 minutes per session, 2 sessions per day, Treatment duration 6 days ,parabolic coil,
Repetitive megnetic stimulation,Sham group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subacute stroke patients (1-6 months after onset) with dysphagia in Ramathibodi hospital, 2.Age at 18 years and above, 3. Informed consents submitted

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parkinsons disease, Traumatic brain injury, Head and neck cancer or mass or post sugery , Neuromuscular diseases, Unable to communicate, Contraindication of rPMS treatment

Penetration aspiration scale (PAS) before, immediate after intervention and with in 2 weeks after intervention evaluate by blinded accessor under videofluorescence swallowing study
