Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: neonates who were admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit in Nakornping hospital and received umbilical venous catheterization

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital anomaly 2. Hydrops fetalis 3. Neonates with contraindications for UVC insertion: Necrotizing enterocolitis, Abdominal wall defect, Omphalitis 4. Neonates who cannot successfully insert the UVC 5. Neonates who parents denied to participate in the study
