18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Has a history of lateral ankle sprain grade I or II or ankle instability at least 6 months after the ankle sprain occurred 2. Has a history of giving way during running or changing direction immediately 3. The involved side of ankle sprain has a Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT) Less than or equal to 25 4. Has unilateral ankle sprain and has a history of ankle sprains at least 2 times 5. Positive on Anterior drawer test and Talar tilt test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Grade III of lateral ankle sprains 2. Ankle sprain within the past 6 weeks 3. Pain during resting and doing activities 4. Has any acute symptoms of musculoskeletal injury of lower extremity on the day of testing 5. Missed more than 2 training sessions 6. Has post-operative or fracture of lower extremities 7. Has severe problems and unable to participate in the training, such as lower extremity fracture and post-operation
