20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20 to 40 years old 2. Male 3. Body mass index range 18.5-22.9 kg/m2 4. Fasting blood glucose less than 100 mg/dl 5. Fasting total cholesterol less than 200 mg/dl 6. Creatinine range 0.7-1.4 mg/dl 7. Blood pressure less than 140/90 mmHg 8. Healthy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of vascular disease, renal disease, liver disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, gastrointestinal diseases and eating disorders, 2. Diagnosis of celiac disease, 3. Usually use of dietary supplements (more than 3 times/week), 4. Use of medication known to interfere with glucose homeostasis or intestinal absorption, 5. Smoking and alcohol drinking.
