Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.primary idiopathic carpal tunnel 2.65 years 3.Duration of symptoms at least 3 months 4.No improvement of symptoms after conservative treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. No palmaris longus tendon 2. Previous CTR or trauma in affected hand 3. History of steroid injection 4. Cerebrovascular disease 5. Cervical radiculopathy 6. Combined other nerve compression 7. Diabetes mellitus 8. Cognitive impairment 9. Unwilling to participate.
