Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18-60 years old 2.Body Mass Index (BMI) 18.5-25 kg/m2 3.DASS-21 score more than 10

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Volunteers who have been diagnosed with one of the following; cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, neuropsychological diseases, head injury, diabetes mellitus, liver disease, cancer, autoimmune disease, hematological disorder and gout 2.Volunteers who require supplements or any drug that effect on the nervous system by order of the doctor before trial 3.Smoking more than 10 pieces/ day 4.Drinking alcohol more than 5 times/ day
