Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 50 years. 2. Diagnosed with spinal stenosis. 3. Schedule for posterior decompression in ramathibodi hospital by Rama spine team

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to Hyaluronic acid. 2. Deny participation 3. Unable to communicate 4. Unable to follow up
