Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Lumbar spinal stenosis and non response for conservative treatment > 3 months 2. Age > 50 years 3. VAS >/= 6
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Progressive neurological deficit 2. Fever , local wound infection at back 3. Previos back surgery 4. Cauda equina syndrome 5. Vertrebral fracture 6. Tumor 7. Coagulopathy 8. History of allergy to steroid , contrast media and anesthetic agent 9. Reject to volunteer
