Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Primary bilateral osteoarthritis of knees K-L grade 1-4 2.No difference more than 1 grade between both knees

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Difference more than 1 grade between both knees [K-L classification] 2.Unable to flex knee to 90 degree 3.Hyaluronic acid allergy 4.On antiplatelet or anticoagulant -Skin infection at injection site
