15 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ADPKD diagnosed by Revine criteria, 2. eGFR by CKD-EPI at least 30 mL per min per 1.73 m2, 3. Total kidney volume by MRI at least 1000 mL, 4. Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Renal transplantation, 2. Contraindicate to MRI, 3. pregnancy or breast feeding, 4. Critical illness or short life expectancy, 5. No informed consent or desire to withdraw from the study
