Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Underwent total knee arthroplasty 2. Able to follow up more than 3 month 3.Osteopenia 4.Age > 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. no BMD testing 2. Unable to follow up
