Interventions

24 hours closed patch and 24 hours follow up test was performed in this study. Treatment sites were assessed for the presence of any irritation sign by the dermatologist using the grading visual scale

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: range: 23 - 45 years (average: 36) Inclusion criteria: - Healthy male and female volunteers of all skin types with an age range of 20 - 50 years old - Free of any wound, scar or visible skin disease on the lower forearm area - Willing to participate in the study after being informed on objective, methodology, possible risk and effect of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - History of hyperallergic reaction - History of allergy to any cosmetic products - History of allergy to natural silk fibers or any products containing natural silk fibers - History of eczema or psoriasis within 6 months before the study - History of medical treatment with steroids, antibiotics, NSAIDs, anti-histamine within 3 days before the study - History of using topical medicine on the lower forearm area within 3 weeks before the study - Having any disease that requires regular topical treatment on the lower forearm area - History of major operation within 1 year - History of skin cancer within 1 year - Heavy smoker or regular alcoholic drinker - Pregnancy or lactation - History of addiction to any narcotic substances
