18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiology Physical Status (ASA) I -III 18-80 years old Undergoing surgery under general anesthesia with nondepolarizing muscle relaxants

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient with neuromuscular disorder pregnancy arthritis or any condition that may effect range of motion of thumb   unable to access thumb during surgery

MeasureTime frame
degree of neuromuscular blockage immediate after non-depolarizing muscle relaxant administration then every 20 minutes and 5 minutes after reversal agent administration train of four (TOF) count
