18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Moderate to severe typical GER symptoms Chronic constipation with stool frequency less than2 times /week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous intra-abdominal surgeries except for appendectomies, IBD patients, stroke, Parkinson disease who impaired consciousness that could not complete the questionnaire, pregnancy, unable to stop taking medications with gastrointestinal motility/sensation effects at least seven days before the study
