Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: locally advanced stage of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma by AJCC stage 1-3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. advanced stage of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma by AJCC stage 4, 2. previous treatment of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, 3. other malignancy patients, 4. patients with contraindication of endoscopic ultrasonography
