Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Postnatal women with SUI evaluated by 3 Incontinence Questionnaire 2) Mild and moderate severity in SUI evaluated by Incontinence Severity Index score 1 to 6 3) Between three to twelve months after vaginal delivery 4) Body mass index less than thirty 5) Less than three vaginal delivery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Depression score greater or equal to 11 using Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale 2) Recent spinal, pelvic or abdominal surgery 3) Confirmed serious pathologies (musculoskeletal problems like contracture and deformities, lumbar or pelvic fracture, cancer, infectious diseases of the spine, neurological disorders, malignant condition) 4) Any urinary tract or vaginal infections 5) SUI present before pregnancy 6) Doing pelvic floor muscle exercise or experience of doing it.
