Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 elective outpatient, colonoscopy 2 physical status class 1 or 2 according to American Society of Anesthesiologists 3 agree to study enrollment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: hospitalized patients physical status class 3 - 4 according to American Society of Anesthesiologists known untreated colorectal cancer with colonic obstruction allergy to polyethylene glycol participant who must restrict fluid intake (e.g. congestive heart failure, valvular heart disease acute myocardial infarction, chronic kidney stage 4 or more, decompensated cirrhosis with ascites and etc.) history of bowel preparation failure history of continuous more than 1 type of laxative use within 6 months history of continuous opioids and its derivatives use within 6 months morbid obesity (BMI > 35 kg/m2) uncontrolled psychiatric problems intake iron supplement within 2 weeks cannot access to education video link either by participants or caretakers disagree to study enrollment.
