Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Dispatchers Dispatchers from the Grande Aquitaine region and Paris (France) with at least two years experience in dispatch Bystanders Experimental group, Students from the Medicine and Pharmacy Faculties of Poitiers receiving a one-day basic CPR training Control group, Students from the Medicine and Pharmacy Faculties of Poitiers who do not receive a basic CPR training
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Non-consent to video recording Missing one of the simulation session
