Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Biliary obstruction which indicated for endoscopic ultrasound-guided hepaticogastrostomy Left intrahepatic duct larger than 5 millimeters Age more than 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncorrectable coagulopathy Contrast material allergy Severe comorbidity Acute cholangitis with organ failure.
