Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Women age 18-60 years old 2 ASA classification I-II 3 undergoing elective gynecologic laparoscopic surgery 4 Non smoker
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 patients with hypersensitivity or contraindication to the study drugs 2 receiving an antiemetic drug or steroid within 24 hrs before anesthesia 3 History of opioids use 4 Pregnancy 5 Psychologic problems 6 Operation change from laparoscopy to open surgery 7 Refuse to participate
