Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thai male with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Out patient clinic, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital between January 2014 to January 2015

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active malignancy 2. Cirrhosis 3. Chronic kidney disease 4. Acute or chronic infection 5. Current use of steroids or sex hormones
