Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female 2. Age between 60-80 years 3. Having unilateral or bilateral knee pain at least 3 months 4. Diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the knee by an orthopedic surgeon using a standard diagnostic criteria of American Rheumatism Association such as showing osteophyte on a plain film, knee morning stiffness, and having crepitus sound. 5. Be able to communicate with Thai language fluently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Had have a history of knee surgery in the past 6 months or corticosteroids injection in the past 3 months. 2. Having knee pain caused by autoimmune diseases, cancer, fracture and infection 3. Having neurological deficits 4. Regular performing Baduanjin or Muay Thai Dance exercsies 5. Have had a history of cardiovascular diseases or cerebrovascular diseases 6. Requesting gait aids for ambulation
