Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chidden 4-5 years old in Northeast Thailand Knowing and understanding Thai language Cooperate with Audiologist

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pathology of the ear that interfere hearing examination such as Perichondritis of pinna Visual loss
