Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Postoperative unilateral total knee arthroplasty patients. 2.Patients whose medial collateral ligament were not released 3.Underwent spinal block without morphine injection to subarachnoid space

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cannot give information about VAS 2.History of knee surgery same side of total knee arthroplasty 3.BMI equal or more than 40 kg/square meters 4.Underlying disease that are contraindicated to nefopam&#44; ketorolac&#44; paracetamol&#44; gabapentin&#44; morphine : chronic liver disease&#44; cardiac or chronic renal failure(GFR < 90 ml/min/1.73m2)&#44; psychiatric disorder&#44; alcohol abuse&#44; glaucoma&#44; peptic ulcer&#44; inflammatory bowel disease&#44; established&#44; ischemic heart disease&#44; suicidal idea 5.History of drug allergy to sulfonamides group 6.Allergy to aspirin&#44; NSAIDs&#44; selective COX&#45;2 inhibitors
