Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: primary knee osteoarthritis older than 50-year-old receive total knee arthroplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: coagulopathy, history of venous thromboembolism on an anticoagulant, azole group, and proteinase inhibitor allergic to medication in this study allergic to contrast material for computer tomography severe chronic kidney disease cirrhosis asthma.
