Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The age 18 years old or more than 18 years old patients 2. Patients diagnosed by Clinical practice guideline revision 2010 American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons such as 1) pain at medial tubercle of calcaneus or 2) morning pain at first step or 3) pain when prolonging walking 3. No response conservative treatment for 3months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Corticosteroid injection within 1 month 2. Radial ESWT or HILT within 3 months 3. Surgery at foot or ankle within 3 months 4. A metal implant at the application site 5.Anticoagulant use 6. Fracture at foot or ankle within 3 months 7. Inflammatory rheumatic disease 8. Permanent foot deformities 9. Malignancy at foot 10. Acute inflammation within or around plantar fascia 11. Local dermatological lesion at affected heel 12. Impaired Sensation from neurological disorder
