1 g of TXA solution (20ml) was applied in to femoral canal and surgical field for 5 minutes then remove. &#45

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with femoral neck fracture Age > 60 year-old Schedule for Bipolar hemi hip arthroplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: previous hip surgery pathological fracture allergic to tranexamic acid history of venous thromboembolism history of coagulation disorder history of hip infection.
