Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 18 years old 2. Patients were required central venous catheterization

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulopathy 2. EKG : Atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia, Multifocal ventricular premature complexes 3. The patient have immediate complication during procedure 4. Decline to attend research
