Intravenous co&#45
loading is one of the strategy to prevent hypotension after spinal anesthesia. This study aim to find the effective volume of co&#45
loading to prevent spinal anesthesia. we use up&#45
down sequential approach to find the effective volume start at 500 ml and if the patient developed spinal hypotension. The next volume will be inclemently increase 1 ml/kg. On the other hand&#44
if patient doesn&#39
t have hypotension. The next volume will be decrease 1 ml/kg.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Singleton term pregnancy Elective cesarean delivery American Society of Anesthesiology classification I-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of hypertensive disorder Gestational age less than 37 weeks History of cardiovascular disease History of morbid obesity (Pre-pregnancy BMI > 35 kg/m2) Height less than 150 cm or more than 190 cm Inadequate or failed spinal anesthesia High or total spinal anesthesia

Primary

volume of crystalloid to prevent spinal hypotension every 2.5 minute until 20 minute after spinal anesthesia milliliter of crystalloid co-loading at time of spinal anesthesia

Secondary
