Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Volunteers are aged 18 -70 years. 2.Patients of Applied Thai Traditional Medicine Siriraj Clinic that Can help themselves And have good interactions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Volunteers with good quality of life assessment results 2.Volunteers who are unable to follow the Dhammanamai program, such as Rusi Datton, meditation, step exercise.
