pararectus approach is surgical approach for acetabular fixation &#44
landmark for incision were navel &#44
ASIS and symphysis. The extraperitoneal space was entered then neuromuscular structures were identified before approach to bony fixation.,pararectus approach is another surgical approach for acetabula
andmark for incision were symphysis. The retropubic space was entered then spermatic cord the external iliac vessels and the iliopsoas muscle are identified before fracture fixation.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age ≥ 18 years 2. Acetabular fractures that were considered preoperatively to be fully treated through an intrapelvic approach 2.1anterior column fractures 2.2 anterior wall fractures 2.3 anterior column with posterior hemitransverse fractures 2.4 transverse fractures 2.5 T-shaped fractures both column fractures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preexisting ipsilateral hip diseases 2. Fractures needed fixation via Kocher- Langenbeck approach: posterior column fractures 3.posterior wall fractures 4.Bilateral acetabular fracture 5.Time from injury to operation > 14 days 6. BMI > 30 kg/m2
