Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients admitted in surgical intensive care unit 2. Aged more than 18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-Thai speakers or unable to comprehend Thai language 2. Patients with baseline characteristic of dementia 3. Patients with hemodynamic instability, for example, shock, acute coronary syndrome, significant arrhythmias and acute heart failure 4. Patients who were suspected with delirium or were positive for CAM-ICU assessment 5. Patients with an alteration of consciousness or Richmond Agitation and Sedation Score (RASS) less than -4 6. Neurological, Cardiothoracic and traumatic patients
