Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult males or females, age range between 18-35 years 2. Dental open bite 0-4 mm (canine to canine) 3. Angle Class I or mild Angle Class II 4. Skeletal Class I or mild Class II (ANB = 0-5 degrees) 5. Normo- to hyperdivergent facial pattern (MPA= 23-39 degrees) 6. Tongue thrust swallowing 7. Good oral hygiene & periodontal status
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe or moderate crowding 2. History trauma of right and left posterior teeth 3. History of first molar root canal treatment 4. Immunosuppressive drug, inhibited or accelerated tooth movement drug 5. Neuromuscular deficiencies 6. Chronic airway obstruction: adenoiditis, tonsillitis 7. Non-cooperation patients
