Interventions

Playing Nintendo switch: Ring fit by playing Adventure mode for 30 minutes/day, 3 days/week for 4 weeks,normal life and avoid the physical activity of any kind while participating in research

Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Early adults age between 18-35 years old 2. Exercised less than 30 minutes per day and never received an exercise program during the three months prior to participating in the study. 3. Can read and write Thai 4. No vision problems that cannot be corrected by wearing glasses. 5. No problems with hearing. 6. Able to stand with their eyes closed on both legs by themselves for 30 seconds. 7. Able to stand on one leg by themselves for 30 seconds. 8. No problems with the musculoskeletal system affecting the ability to balance during the 6 months prior to the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A participant is injured or falls during the study. 2. A research participant wishes to withdraw from the study. 3. Less than 80% of exercise participation (less than 10 from 12 exercise programs).
